An excellent deal if its a dedicated cab! I sold my Neo 4 slot not too long ago for $450, I'd gladly pick one up again if it only cost $250. There is a ton of fun to be had and most of the games are reasonable in price, especially against their AES counterparts. I'd say go for it! Make sure you bring a strong friend or 2 and a dolly though, these guys are heavy.

Any of these real rare?

Not really rare, but some good games in there. MVS games generally are pretty cheap. For the exception of the upper level metal slugs, Samurai Showdown 5 special, Twinkle Star Sprites, and a few others.
