There is no sleeve for the Dead or Alive trade demo. I have come across three and none have had official sleeves(I even know of two other people that have them and they have no sleve either). The same thing is true about the other Tecmo trade demo: Monster Rancher. Both these trade demos from Tecmo came with a logo sticker placed right on the disc and NO official disc sleeve.

I beg to differ; they do have 'official' sleeves...they just weren't done very professionally.

It seems Tecmo mailed out their demos directly to stores, with the sleeve holding the CD, a letter, and a sheet telling something about the game. Tecmo probably told Sony not to bother with labelling the demos since they were being used as actual mailers (and would have covered up the label on the sleeve).

The one I have is the *exact* same 'official' CD sleeve used for all the other white sleeve trade demos. They sealed the top with the actual postage stamp and some scotch tape.

I give you photo proof of mine:

It's nice to see that picture sleeve for the Monster Rancher Trade Demo even though it confirms my copy is now incomplete (incomplete demos bug me). It kind of backs up a picture I have had on file since my first big demo purchase back in 2006. There appears to be DOA trade demo sleeve with a picture on it rather than a plain text label.

I never really noticed it before but the No One Can Stop Mr. Domino trade is pictured there as well.

That pic is from a seller on CAG who was trying to get rid of his demos back in late 05. I was able to get almost all of it. I missed out on the DOA Trade, Domino Trade, and Harvest Moon Trade. I didn't bother with the Jampacks and Undergrounds.

The only thing on your want list I can spare is Interactive CD Sampler Volume 3.5 (Larger File Size ver). I don't know how to check all the file sizes and such but the internal disc ID is SCUS_949.66 and if I'm interpretting Lockshaw's site correctly it should be the disc you are looking for. You may want to double check that against his site.
