SC3000 cartridge not in database

The database doesn't have the John Sands version of music but the Grandstand one is in there. This one should get a rarity rating too

I hadn't seen the JS version until a couple popped up on eBay recently, but it was included in the last update I sent to Joe a couple of months back (as well as scarcity ratings for all SG/SC titles).
