WTF? panzer dragoon saga + jap saturn

I have a japanese skeleton saturn and finally got my action replay plus to work, been playing all my us saturn games no problem but now, my holy grail of saturn games, panzer dragoon saga finally came in the mail, perfect condition, no scratches, complete...so i put it in, wait for the saturn screen to finish booting up followed by the ems action replay screen to pass, once its done much to my surprise all it says is something about removing the cart then it auto resets...

WTF IS GOING ONNNNNNNNN?!?!?

I've never heard of any issues with the skeleton saturn other than problems with metal slug, has this happened to anyone? is there anyway to fix this or am i doing something wrong? its an ntsc copy of panzer dragoon saga and i also have an st key cartridge but im not sure how to get it running, if you know of anyway to get it to work, pleaseeeeeeeee helpppppppppppp =(

PDS does not play with the action replay in, if I remember correctly. I think the japanese version also had the same issue.

I would try that ST Key, but not get my hopes up. A region switch is your best friend.

There's a action replay code for PDS that allows you to use the cart. I had no probs playing the US version on my Japanese saturn.
