Hey all,
I finally got a CD-i machine and look forward to using it, but I'm having some problems. First thing I popped in was a movie - Top Gun, and it worked for about 10 minutes before locking up completely. Remote was ineffective, so I finally just turned it off and umplugged it. When it came back on I put in a game "mega Maze" and it played fora level or two before locking up and saying basically "clean your disk".
But I have a few other demo games that won't work at all, as they need a "code" to start. Voyeur, Joy of Sex (movie, game, instruction manual?) and one other that I can't think of need codes to start. Why? Is this a parental control thing and if so, how can I find out what the code for unlocking the machine is??
