Is there anyone who can look at a short list (less than 100) Genesis games in an excel sheet and tell me which of them is worth more than the standard $1 loose?
I'd greatly appreciate the help.

posting the list here might net you some quick answers, not alot of genesis games are high money value right now although stuff like warsong musha phantasy star 2 and 4 even loose wills till net a nice price. I won't even insult your inteligence about sport games i'm sure you know there is only one with any value (madden 93 chump edition)
ps check your pms I needed your snail mail addy so I could send you a money order for that stuff we discussed :-)

Blitzwing256:
I know you know this but the Mutant League games can bring in a good few bucks loose, complete of course is better though. Those two and NBA Jam are about the only sports games I play on the Genny.

I hate to disagree, but I haven't been able to sell a loose copy of Mutant League Football since last year! And I couldn't sell a loose Phantasy Star IV copy a couple of weeks ago, either.

Well, I don't really go 100% off online demand. There's a decent classic game community locally (hence all of the local independant stores thriving even with 15+ GS/EB locations) and I do most of my dealings through that market. There are so many people here willing to just hop on their bike, go around the corner and shop in a B&M store. A loose MLH or MLF will sell for $6-8 with ease, I've seen it. The thing is we have more gamers than collectors here so something bought today will more than likely be traded in a few weeks later for another. It's quite unique and I'm sure the same dealings occure around the DP store and various other B&M owners on the boards.

Tecmo Super Bowl 2 can bring a good buck. Jerry Glanville's Pihskin Footbrawl isn't a cheap title , either. The mutants are not rare but pretty sought after. I still need to find ML hockey.

I actually forgot all about the mutant league games (i need both myself) never heard about the pgiskin game either, I guess i'm totally not an expert like I thought ;-)
now that I think about it wasn't zero the kamikazi squrrel or rocket knight advetnres on the genny relatively expensive?

Rocket Knight use to be more popular and pricey but as of late I often find CIBs for around $5. I'm not familiar with Zero, $15-20 sounds about on par, maybe more if a collector wants/needs it.

I actually passed up a copy at the Salvation Army a few days ago for .75 with 50% off since I had no interest in playing it. I might have to go back and pick it up if it's worth more then a few bucks just for the heck of it.

The Genesis games are fun but it is basically anything that you can identify as rare. Just browse this or any game forum to see.

It was gone when I was last at the Salvation Army I saw it at which was a little over a week ago. I wasen't too disappointed though as I really had no interest in playing it and it would just end up staying in the collection even though I should have just sold it right away if I was able to get it. I have seen games disappear then magicly show back up next visit before at this store so I wouldn't be too surprised if I saw it show back up within my next few visits to which I'd grab it. I am taking a somewhat wild guess that it's currently worth about $20-30 CIB on the Bay as the only CIB copy I could find was bid up to a little bit over $20 before shipping and the only other copies I could find were cart only BINs at $40 & $100 which I'm sure are way too much and as Booker T would say only a "sucka" would bite :beaten:
