Dear DP members,
Recently I have talked with a friend about my little problem, and he recommended me this forum as a ‘friendly place’ to go and ask things. The issue is not big, but I do need some advice. Basically, I am trying to sell some things online, and I would like to fetch the right price for them. I don’t want to be ripped off, or rip someone off… I just want to set up fair prices. However, being only a casual gamer, and never before selling things online. I have no idea what the prices for anything are. So I was hoping that the pro collectors here on DP would help me out. So basically here is a list of my stuff, described as well as I thought necessary. If you could just put a price tag, or pirce-range for each item. That would be great!

1. GameBoy Advance (the original one) New in box, but once unboxed to remove the ancient batteries that come with it.

2. GBA Fire Emblem, New in box and still sealed

3. NES Final Fantasy, Cart in mint condition, plus Nintendo brand jacket, but no box/manual

4. GCN Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance new in box, sealed

5. GCN Metroid Prime: New in Box sealed

6. GCN Restident Evil Zero: New in Box sealed

7. GCN Skies of Arcadia: New and complete but not sealed anymore

8. GCN Super Mario Sunshine: Used but Mint and complete

9. PS2 Final Fantasy X: Used but mint/complete (original, not greatest hits)

10. PS2 FF XII: Used but like new and complete (not collector’s edition)

11. PS2 Auto Modellista: New but unsealed

12. PS2 XIII: New but unsealed

13. Tekken 5 Collector's Edition w/ game+ box for all tekken games to date + Arcade stick by Hori

Hey DukeLuckyLuke, welcome to the forums!

You're new so you can't see it yet, but after you've been registered for a bit (10 days?) you'll see a forum section called the Marketplace section and one of the subforums there is one called "What's It Worth".

If you wait for a bit, you can post this there, and then you'll get a really good idea, people will be more likely to respond to you there.

Until then, hang out in the other forums and get to know the locals!

thanks for the response and welcoming. I guess I'll re-post this in the market-place section when I can, but please respond now if you do not mind.

Two more questions;

1. What's the best place to sell online? Ebay, Amazon, or some other place

2. How do I know if the sealed game was original or "re-seal" ... the metroid game I got from a garage sale, and the seal looks a bit, i don't know... questionable?
