Howdy,
I've got a launch DS Phat for sale in box, with just about everything included. It is only missing the thumb nub/wrist strap which I really never used (a replacement can be ordered from Nintendo for $3.95). Metroid Prime Hunters: First Hunt demo is included.

The system works great, but it does have one semi dead pixel. It appears red in dark scenes, but works in brighter scenes. Really though I rarely notice it.
