Alright... so this is the only R8 game I've found or owned. I just moved to South Carolina, and stopped in 1 of the 2 local One Stop Video stores. Both of the stores in town have have a bunch of boxed SNES and N64 games (along with the usual used current gen games) for sale. I saw this and recognized the title as fairly rare, so I picked it up pretty cheap. They had manuals for most of the n64 games but she couldn't find the manual for this one (or any other SNES game). I gave them my name and phone number hoping for the best- but I figure it just may be lost forever. I took the game apart and cleaned it... so it's a fairly clean game. The box has a few small corner creases, but it's still very rigid with no tears, rips, or major fading. The box looks no worse than a brand new game probably did years ago, just very minor shelf wear. I did notice the rear label has a wrinkle in it, probably because the glue started to break down- which may be the only defect. I am going to provide some pictures, so you guys can get a good look at it. I'm uploading the picture via dial-up so it may be a little longer before I get the front photo up. I checked ebay and couldn't find a boxed Chavez II that's sold anytime recently. Any idea what the things worth? I probably won't play the thing, so I may try unload it sometime soon.

Here's the FRONT picture. That's the highest tolerable resolution I could upload and take (with my 2 MP camera)- hope it looks ok.

about $150. too bad there isn't a manual, that would probably make it more like $200

No, it is not worth that much.... More like $50 without the manual.... $75 complete and $175 factory sealed.

That's still not to bad... I'm really gonna try and find that manual. I'll go back in a few days and try to talk to someone else there- the girl said I was the 1st one that ever bought any of that stuff, so there's hope it's still there. She didn't really know where anything was. They had a few more games there that were an R4 or R5 in N64 (boxed with manuals maybe). Like Star Soldier, BattleTanx, and Clay Fighter 66 1/3 (3 I can remember)- all less than $15.
