Hello Sisko. I'm not sure whether or not you were serious or kidding about the scare tactics but anyway I found someone that had one for sale. I received it today and I love it.

I'm quite serious about the letter. It mentions that the statues were made specifically for the contest, and that they would be very easily traced. They said that they wouldn't suggest selling it, as it would directly influence future contests/prizes.
I'm glad you found one though...if you don't mind me asking, how much did it set you back? And was it complete (minus the letter, apparently)?

Hello Sisko. I don't have the letter but I found a picture of the letter. If this is the complete letter I don't see the part that you are talking about. Was there another part to the letter or is the letter two sided?

That isn't a full picture of the letter. Underneath the picture of the Yoshis reads:
"Important note: This item is not for resale. These figurines were produced solely for this program and it will be clear who the culprits will be. Sale of these items will jeopardize future programs and may include a penalty."
