I already have Panzer Dragoon Saga and I just bought Albert Odyssey
Are there any other really good Saturn RPG's I should get?
I have intentions of getting Shining Force III and Guardian Heroes, but are there any really good Working Designs RPG's I should get?
I was looking at Dragon Force, and I couldn't quite tell if the game looked appealing. Any suggestions appreciated.

Dragon Force is amazing! The Saturn games that I've played through consist of Guardian Heroes, Shining Force 3, Magic Knight Rayearth and Dragon Force. I'd recommend all 4 of them.

Every time I start Dragon Force I get kind of confused, but i'm not a big strategy guy.
I loved Magic Knight Rayearth, short and fun.
Shining Wisdom could have been great if they had the ability to use 2 items at once, but trying to switch between a sword to fight off enemys and then going back to a glove to push something got old quick.

I have all of the popular/expensive/both Saturn RPGs, and my favorite far and away is Dragon Force. It's got a pretty gnarly learning curve, but it's also unlike anything else I've ever played and is totally rewarding. You get to recruit and command armies of zombies! Zombies! I paid $100 for a very mint copy and it's one of the best game purchases I've ever made. It's totally awesome.
If zombies aren't your thing, there're normal people that you can recruit, and dragons and shit, too.

You're confused because Dragon Force isn't a RPG.

Well does it have RPG elements to it, or is it more of a strategy game?

It's a strat game with RPG elements.
Much like the IGA clones of Metroidvania are action/side-scrollers with RPG elements.

When Dragon Force came out I think it was generally considered and RPG. The strategy RPG niche had not become too noticeable then.
I played it for 15 minutes and was able to get into tough I realize I need to give it a better chance...

I have 'em all, and my favorite is definitely SHINING FORCE III. Far and away the best story. Great graphics and battle system, too.
I'll also throw kudos out for MYSTARIA/BLAZING HEROES, a nice, classical RPG with a fun story. If we go into action RPG territory, THE LEGEND OF OASIS is another fun one.
Since it hasn't been mentioned yet, SHINING THE HOLY ARK is a quality addition to the SHINING franchise, worse than SF3, but better than SHINING WISDOM (which is still a lot of fun).

dragon force is by far the best its just so damn good! Tons of play time in that one. Magic Knight rayearth easily comes in second (especially if you like the anime) depending on your point of view its short and easy which could be good or bad. Albert odyssey was pretty good as well.

I will Second Shining the Holy Ark. Definately more of a classic style rpg where the majority of it is dungeon crawling with turn based fighting, but I played it all the way through and loved it. I also got confused with Dragon Force but I traded a disk only copy I had for a complete Guardian Heroes.
So you're saying if you like old style rpgs then you'll like blazing heroes?
