Atari VCS Crazy Climber label variant question.

I know Crazy Climber is super rare on the VCS, and I know most of the copies out there are the silver label variant.

Atari used the 1981-82 style variant for the ad in Atari Age.

Does anyone know if this label version actually exists? I actually prefer that label over the silver one.

Crazy Climber was a silver label only game in release. I'd say the strangest case of a label variant I've seen is the Hangman silver label variant. Atariage won't even designate a rating for it.
