Someday I'll be appreciated for the dogged persistence of getting REAL game system lists compiled, not based on heresay but on truth. Recently I've uncovered quite a few Genesis titles that everyone believed existed but truly do not.

I've got another one, this time for Sega CD.

Radical Rex.

The game is on Genesis but I have NEVER seen a Sega CD version of this game. For the last year I've been hunting high and low and it has never turned up. Frequent searches on eBay turn up nothing. After this much time hunting down the title, I start asking around.

So I'm asking. Does anyone own Radical Rex for Sega CD?

I appreciate you right now, Joe. Hell, I'm your biggest fan, which is kind of embarrassing for both of us, I suspect.

But no, I don't own Radical Rex for Sega CD, nor have I ever seen it.

This isn't mine and it could just be a mock up, check here (http://www.workingdesigns.com/museum/sega_cd/software/radical_rex.htm) for possible proof

Don't have it or the entire Sega CD community would have known long ago..

I thought it was cancelled, although All Game has it listed as a 1994 release.

I think I remember seeing that in a rental store not too long ago. But I am not 100% sure.

YES! I own it! The skateboarding dinosaur? Published by Activision. It even comes with a little flyer "Does not work on the Sega CDX" and a sticker on the case that says "This product is not assosiated with..." (Some skateboard company).

I have the Sega CD version of Radical Rex so it definately exists. It has the little black disclaimer sticker on the case too, about not being associated with RAD REX or RAD BOARD products. Maybe its release was limited due to last minute legal problems. The sticker would indicate so.

Its just another Sega CD title that doesnt show up often on ebay. Kinda like Lawnmower man and Novastorm. I have less than 10 games to a complete Sega CD collection and only Jaguar XJ220 is really eluding me...

not sure if it's quite what you are looking for though. Might want to clarify with the seller.

To you and Mother: THANK YOU!

I trust you fellas on this one. I'm kinda glad to be wrong on this because that gives me a title to hunt for a little harder! I'll let you know how that goes. In the meantime if either of you would like to trade or sell your copy, you've got an interested party :)

I only need 11 more Sega CD titles, and have a feeling this one will be the last piece in my collection.

Ah yes, this auction did come up on my radar. He's got the Sega Genesis (cartridge) version though, which I already own. Thanks for pointing this one out.

It exists, I saw it yesterday. I'm surprised you haven't come accross it, I've seen it a several times.

They reviewed it in Gamepro, so I assume a final version does exist. It probably didn't have a large production run.

Since I'm trying to avoid collecting Sega CD, I'll point this out
