Alright, here's the deal. The F3 was working fine with my Supergun when I last used it about six months ago. I plug it in today and the picture is smeary, for lack of a better term. Text is just a while stripe, there's ghosting everywhere, etc. Other boards are looking fine. Other carts are looking fine.
Does anyone know what's going on?
Can you post a pic of it? Is it really bright, or just smeary? If it's bright, it sounds like it's overdriving the video... if it's just smeary, then I'd probably check your video ground, and maybe try tying it to the regular ground to make sure it's good. I assume the problem looks blurry like an analog problem, not a crisp ghost of the image like a digital problem, right? And you can still play the game?

Hmm...the second seems likely considering I was having problems with my Supergun anyway. Yeah, it's still playable and not a ghosting thing.
I'll try to take a pic, but it could be a while as I barely have time to check in here these days. :(

Man, I am an idiot. I build this Supergun with fuses in line to keep the power situation from blowing anything. I'm having problems and what's the last thing I think to check? The damn fuses.
Of course, that was the issue.
