It sounds like the seller just took some list from here or some other place, and maybe updated some prices here and there.
I hope Joe sees this so he can buy one, and threaten legal action if it happens to have a resemblance to the DP guide.

In a way, for sure it will look like the DP guide or any other guide for that matter so there is nothing that can be done i think ??

I think you can complain to EBay about it saying that they are infringing on copyrights, and through the VERO plan they can have their auctions removed.
