FuncoLand buy 2 get one free NES stuff

is this publicly known, or am i breaking the news?!?! I went there yesterday, bought MappyLand, which i didnt have for $1.99, and when i got to the counter, the manager told me about all NES games and accessories were buy 1 get one free. She said it was unadvertised, so i wasnt sure if everyone knew or not! I picked up MappyLand, Eliminator Boat Duel, and a 4 Score, all for $5. =)

Yup, I got Tiger-Heli and Dragon Spirit complete and got the Dark Cloud 2 strategy guide for free at Game Stop last week. I only spent 5 bucks total.

I've been buying things like that all week... it's much better with the more expensive stuff... anything used is buy 2 get 1 free.

If you want to drive Funco employees crazy, buy an used PS2 and used XBox and ask if the used $0.19 guide is free under buy 2, get 3rd free deal. Oh yeah, make sure you have a quick getaway car ready in case they call the funny farm. ;) LOL LOL

Any idea how long this deal will last? I've been itching to get a PS2 and I'm holding until after the next E3 show because there's a possibility the price will drop.

I was told that it will last until Easter and that consoles CANNOT be had as the free item.
