how rare is this SNES/ 3D0 controller adaptor?

while searching through a box yesterday, cleaning out my closest, i came across my old SNES controller adaptor for my 3DO i owned years ago. How rare is this thing, or is it quite common????? I remember gettting so i could play Super Stree Fighter 2 MUCH easier with the help of the SNES controller. The 3DO version of that game was BY FAR the best at that time in my opinion =)

i remember i bought it a Babbages, not long after 3D0 came out I think. Never saw it again. Then again i never looked, lucky i found it in my closet the other day =)

I remember reading a review about it in a Gamepro magazine... probably not common, but probably is easy to reproduce.

since i have no 3DO anymore, i have no use for it, so i guess i can entertain trades or offers for it if anyone wants it...
