What is the current value of the Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne Strategy Guide by Double Jump?

The guide is in great condition and has the book marks, poster and the spine is intact.

A friend of a friend made a lucrative offer on a trade and I do not know if I should part with my guide. I have look online and see guide with out poster for sale.

Of note: I do like to collect, read, and use the strategy guides so it is hard for me to part with it though I think I am a fool if I do not do the trade.

well after checking ebay, it looks like the current market value for a book with bookmarks and poster go for about $70 shipped. The game and guide go together for around 100-120. If yours doesn't have the poster I'd say about $50 for the guide but since the guide means more to you, I guess you'd have to add that into it. I'd say it depends on how good of items you are getting in trade.

If you enjoy it, keep it.

So it would be about $70? Hmmm.

The item I was offered in trade was

Earthbound (loose) with guide.

I know that Earthbound in the box is rather expensive. But I think loose it is a bit less.

If I did the trade I would pursue another guide. I am partial to my guide however as I bought it new when it was in stores. I actually got the Nocturne guide on clearance for I believe it was $5.99.

I think I will just keep my guide. It is not likely I'll see that fellow again and would have to ask my friend to even get in touch with him.

Thank You guys for your replies! :D

Keep the guide. I've had people offer me up to 100 for my guide.

$100?! I sold mine with a sealed game for like $175 last summer... Man... I bet the game is going for at least $100 now.

don't hate on yourself big papa- I had 6 copies of the game (original printing with soundtrack) that I got new from toys r us for $25 a piece. I sold them all on ebay within 3 months of getting them (needed cash) for $60 each. That's life ;)

(and this was like 3 years back when $60 was the going rate)
