Look at his other items, too. Is this guy on crack?

$70 for an GBC Animorphs game? Wow.

Yeah, I bumped into his outrageously priced items before. I`m suprised he has that much feedback!

well all of his auctions are buy it now or best offer. he is just hoping that someone hits buy it now, some ebay newbie. But I bet the majority of the buyers use the buy it now.

I use buy it now mainly. But I always research the price and item to death first... I'll probably spend two days on it first.

List by highest first for a good laugh. Never seen this one though:

Syphon Filter 3 alternate artwork (http://cgi.ebay.com/new-ORIGINAL-VARIANT-Syphon-Filter-3-Playstation-1-1_W0QQitemZ180195143364QQihZ008QQcategoryZ62053QQc mdZViewItem)

Does he really have all these sealed items or a shrinkwrap machine?

His items are all legit. He buys sealed lots etc and resells them. Does not sell much, but when he does, it is overpriced. Don't know him personally, but have seen the items he has purchased and sold etc.

Dangerboy and PapaStu mentioned this specific variant - it got pulled shortly after 9/11, and we got different cover art. Here's the thread I'm talking about. (http://www.digitpress.com/forum/showthread.php?t=101547)

Is it worth $500? Not to me, but it is interesting and should be worth around $200 sealed considering how rare that art is.

Wow...who would want to pay $50 for Barbie (http://cgi.ebay.com/NeW-Barbie-Ocean-Discovery-GameBoy-Color-Advance-GBA_W0QQitemZ180195112849QQihZ008QQcategoryZ62053Q QcmdZViewItem) game?

Do some research. I heard that game cures cancer. And possibly Down Syndrome.

Well, he didn't accept my offer of $20 for the Jedi Outcast game for the Gamecube. Sure he's selling that game for $124.99, and all, but it says "Best Offer"!

You could loose the item this way though :\ If its a BIN and you use 2 days to research the price, it might be a big chance that someone else have already bought the item.

Well he figures if he looks for 2 days and the item is STILL there then its not a good deal ;)

Oh yea, I've had that happen on more than one occasion. But if didn't get it, it usually wasn't a item I wanted completely anyway.

Too bad that offer was too low for him. It led to an immediate declined offer. Dude must have wanted pretty much what the BIN for it was.
