My Complete US Master System Set

Hey folks, upon getting Buster Douglas I thought it would be time to take a picture of my complete US Master System games set. Every game is complete and mint, and each case has the hanging tab intact. Each game has its respective fold out poster and most of them have catalogues, too. Now, I still need the US UPC stickers for Sonic and Strider (help!), but otherwise everything is complete and US. I have a whole collection of cartridge label, re-release and TM/SM/® variants as well, but I'll wait until I get all of them before I take pictures. Any help there is welcome!

On the hardware front, I have everything new in box, but am still missing the manual for the Control Stick, as well as a boxed Base System, Rapid Fire Control Stick and Rapid Fire unit. If you can help me with those I'll love you forever.

This set took me approximately 5 months of eBay buying and forum trading to get - most were lot deals, and I always paid less than market value for each. My first game was Penguin Land, and my last was fittingly Buster Douglas.

Congrats. A very nice collection. Im missing 2 titles for a complete EU/US collection myself. My Buggy Run trade didnt go through so in still 2 short :(

Anyway, I noticed that a few US titles have a very diffrent layout and art.Maybe I'll get those aswell later. But first I need the Kixx, US GOLD and Classic variations :)

Awesome! I have an US complete set too, the SMS is a lovely console to collect games, now I am emphasizing on PAL games, re-releases and other rarities as well. All games with hang tabs and posters is hard to achieve, you must be proud of that!

Yeah, it took me a massive amount of lots to achieve that feat!

Thanks for all the comments, guys. If anyone has any spare re-releases let me know and we can probably work something out - I have about 90 US SMS games that are boxed at the very least.

You should get all the extra euro games because there are some good ones.
That's something for way down the road. I do have about 20 Euro games now, but I'm in no rush there. I'm planning a trip to the UK sometime next year, and I'll be sure to grab a bunch if I can, because overseas shipping is a real killer.

Yeah, much thanks goes out to you pook, as well as Frankie_Says_Relax and northern_gooner. All three of you helped to fill some pretty vital holes in the collection.

As for what I'll do next - I'm still working on getting variants and such for this, so that will take awhile, but I'm considering moving onto finishing up my Saturn collection. I have every first-party game (excluding that blasted Daytona USA: NetLink) and every accessory all complete and mint, but I still need a number of third-party games. Luckily I have most of the rare games (all the Working Designs, WINNING POST, STREET FIGHTER COLLECTION, SHINOBI LEGIONS, etc.) but it will still be a chore getting all those random sports games. Oh well, the joy of collecting! I also need a handful of 32X games too, so I'll probably get on that as well.

I'm not quite sure yet, buddy. Definitely the blue label and cartridge variants, but I'm still on the fence as to whether I'll get all the SM/® differences with those "Now there are no limits" games. Nobody will ever had a collection to match yours though. You are a machine.
