Megadrive? Streets of Rage 2 is always a winner there.

A relaxing sega game would be tetris or road rash 2.

Rez.

If you can find a copy.

It's not SMS or Mega Drive, but it's still Sega, and it's easy and rleaxing.

Otherwise, I suggest the under appreciated Bonanza Bros.

relaxed and easy varies, but man, I tell ya, Shining Force on Genesis is an absolute GEM. If you haven't played through it yet, you really should. Excellent game.

Megadrive, eh? Go with Revenge of Shinobi.

I don't want to sound like a total prick here, but maybe learning a bit of punctuation would cure that boredom. Your post was difficult to read.

To answer your question, though, I always really liked Wonder Boy in Monster World on the Genesis.

I'd agree with Shining Force, although MY choice would be a puzzler. If you can't sleep, you don't want to create adrenaline rushes.

Road Rash 2. There's all kinds of utterly pointless but ultimately amusing things to do in this game:

-Trying to kick fellow bike riders into oncoming cars or fence posts.

-Activating nitrous and hitting a small sign/fence post at the top of a big hill, and then watching as your guy flies through the air for about a mile, and then slides down the road for another mile.

-Trying to hit a signpost just right so that your guy slams into a tree in front of it, then watching your bike fly forward past you.

-Realizing that every animal, be it moose, bear or sheep, makes the exact same sound when you hit it. MOUUUUUUUUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

-Trying to hit cheering onlookers at such speed that you and your bike both still cross the finish line and win the race, albeit in two separate parts.

-Riding exactly to the speed limit, and then watching as the cop busts you for speeding anyway.

You'll be happily sound asleep in no time.

Seconded. Please think while you're typing. It's okay, we all have to think sometimes.

Are you buying this and if so how much can you spend? Since you have a PS2 I would suggest one of the Sega Collections since they're easy to find and are around $10 for several games. What do you currently have for the Sega systems?

I expect we're talking about emulation. If he were willing to go to the game shop to buy something, he'd have to choose from whatever they happen to have. How many places have a decent selection of SMS carts these days?
