Both are 37.99 at Best Buy retail locations and at bestbuy.com. Not too shabby, I finally pulled the trigger on AC. There is also a $10 off PS3 coupon floating around that people over at CAG have had luck using, although it does say no copies in the fine print.

I dont know about their policy but I would call or email to see if there is a price protection on that, you may be able to get a partial refund for the difference.
