I'm clearing out my home and stumbled upon a big box of Club Nintendo magazines from around 2000-2002 or so (back when the N64 was just starting to catch on, I think). I think I have around 20, but I'm not so sure. Is anyone interested in purchasing them from me? I'd ship them via Book Rate to save you on shipping, but it would take a while to arrive.

I'd say the going rate for these would be $1.50 each, but the more you buy, the less they'll cost. They're in great condition. Please PM me if you're interested. Thanks.

I don't think you're allowed to ship these book rate. I just found out that magazines can't be shipped Media or Book because they have ads! That was fun.

The fuck? Who told you that?

I can't ship them media because they have ads, but Bound Printed Matter (not Library Mail, nor Media Mail) can have ads, so I've shipped books and comics that way. The only limitation is that the packages cannot weigh more than fifteen pounds.

Check heading 3.1, incise C: (It must) "Consist of advertising, promotional, directory, or editorial material (or any combination of such material)." Comic books and magazines can be shipped that way, because they contain advertising (ads, of course), promotional contents (again, ads), and editorial material (original articles and stories).

You got an assholish clerk, man. Go back and tell them to check the rules AGAIN.

Ah, well, there you go. :P

Was it that much trouble to ship them over several boxes? Did the buyer not want them like that or something? :(
