Is this (http://cgi.ebay.com/SNES-FACTORY-SEALED-FINAL-FANTASY-II-2-RARE-THAN-3-III_W0QQitemZ330197319554QQihZ014QQcategoryZ62053Q QssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem) normal for that game? And with a BIN even... would someone have paid more? I guess these super pricey games just always baffle me.

I damn sure wouldn't pay that much for one game, unless it was worth it. And that game ain't worth it. Maybe $200...$300 tops, but not a grand for FF 2.

That's why eBay added the "Immediate Payment Required" checkbox. Oy.

A flawless mint copy should go for maybe $400 tops... This copy even had a couple minor to moderate dings (look at the close-up of the upper right corner...that's quite significant). Frankly, I'd have said maybe $250-$300 for that particular copy.

Chrono Trigger sealed went for $1500 earlier this year. And I believe FF3 sealed went for close to $1k recently as well.

Well yeah, but he major difference is that those two games, unlike FF2, aren't crap.
