Hey everyone

I bought a new dell pc that turned out to be defective. After constant battles with the Dell reps, they refused to change it for me. I ended up building my own pc and left the Dell sitting in the corner. A few days before my warranty was over on the Dell, I decided to try one more time to get it changed. They agreed and sent me a replacement. Since I already have the pc I built, I don't need the Dell. It has been used about 2 times very lightly and works perfectly. I'm selling the pc alone with no keyboard or mouse (I need those for my pc).

Specs:

Inspiron 530
The case says vista basic on the outside but when you boot the pc, it says home premium
Intel core 2 duo 2.33 ghz
1GB of Ram
ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT
CD RW/DVD drive
DVD RW drive
Floppy drive
Hard drive = 160GB

I will install a fresh copy of Vista before I ship this. Below is a pic of the pc. I have some feedback on here but not much. You can also check my e-bay feedback under raymond753. The new price is $380 shipped.

someone's going to say it, so I'll say it now so someone else doesn't say it.
buying and selling forum rules are 1 bump per day, so here's a free bump letting you know ;)

What kind of RAM?

It uses DDR2. It currently has 1 stick of ram @ 1GB. The Ram speed is 667 mhz as most of Dells computers are. It has room for 3 more sticks of ram if you want to upgrade. The case and board will allow for a total of 2 hard drives. The board also has another usb hub if you want to add more usb ports.

Some more info that I've been asked for:

It has 1 pci express slot. It has space for 4 sticks of Ram. The board supports up to 4 SATA items, 1 fan jack (other than the cpu cooler jack), 1 connector for floppy disks, 1 audio connector. and 3 usb connectors which can split into 6 usb ports. As far as the back of the board where you plug everything up, you've got:

4 usb slots in the back
It has a mic port and 5 speaker ports
1 ethernet port
1 input for onboard graphics

It also has a headset jack, mic jack, and 4 more usb ports in the front. You can probably move the motherboard into another case because it has a standard cooling fan rather than the dell proprietary ducted fans. The case itself is kinda small. It has room for a total of 2 hard drives. That being said, the design allows for good cooling. The motherboard could support alot more than what's in there now. You can add more ram, a second hard drive, any pci express high powered direct x 10 video card if you don't like what's in there now, and more usb slots.
