Are these SNES games new or resealed?

I can post pictures if people need me to.

I bought some SNES games online but they don't have the vertical line on the back. They both have a somewhat loose horizontal fold. They also both have store hangtags.

From this limited description...do these sound like reseals? I don't want to bother the seller unless they are definitely not new sealed copies.
