Can anyone remember these titles?

There are two games i'm trying to remember from the Genesis days that i spent a huge chunk of my childhood playing.

One involved mechwarrior type mechs that you customised with different weapons, shooting or hand to hand combat, different bodies etc. you could combine different bodies, legs and arms together for different results, and mid game, you could rip the enemy's arm off and attach it to yourself, say upgrading your lowly circular saw hand to a rocket launcher. it was a side scrolling type action game.

The other one, the back story was that you were riding a skateboard made by this guys company. due to cost cutting, the skateboards were defective, the wheels fell off and you were killed. you come back as a ghost and "haunt" various household items. generally these involved entering an item that had a hilighted dot on them, then exiting it, and waiting for a family member to come across it. the idea was to scare the family out of the house.

i can't think of the names of either of these titles, and would dearly love to find out so i can get myself a copy of each to revisit them.

1st is Cyborg Justice

2nd is Haunting. I loved Haunting as a kid and it, along with General Chaos, seems to be the top 2 Genesis titles people always post "what were the games called again?" posts for. It's simply amazing... both games are pretty bad-ass though IMHO.
