That appears to be a Gameboy Advance multicart. It's a pirate, it's illegal, etc. 1000 x worse then emulation. But the price is outrageous. You should be able to find them anywhere for less then $50.

The quality of the games in the cart are bad?
Have you ever played one? Be curious to talk to someone who did. I did'nt know they existed until another auction link here last week. :-D

The GBA multicart has been around for a while but it's mostly pirated GBC and GBA ROMs. Save yourself the trouble and get a flash cart and use it to load the game you do want.
