Hello all. I just aquired another Sega CD model 1 and i have more questions then ever.
1. She starts and such just goes into skip mode when starting the disk after the SEGA logo.. Does this mean the laser on it is out or going?
2. It told me to press reset to open the CD tray, I did that and found I have a new game, however, i cleaned it off and then re-entered it onto the tray and pushed it in. Then it started skipping
3. How would I try another game if reset just now resets the system?
I am interested in learning all I can about this system so if anyone has links or knows of any documents out there for troubleshooting etc.. please let me know.
