I am in the 3rd chapter and cant get the red key. I have tried hitting the machine nearby but nothing happened.

It's been awhile since I've played. I believe the red key should be in a blue chest. What is this machine you're trying to hit? Is it an elemental switch? Try hitting it with flame element. Hope this helps, if not give me more details, and I'll do my best.

That sounds right, I know i'm past there as well. I can go back and check to see whats needed if your still stuck. However what are you thinking is the third level? What elementals do you have?
