It includes everything the PSone(the white small one) orginially included except paperwork(instructions, registration card etc..) It is all in great shape the box has some shelf wear but the system and everything else is in great shape. Oh yeah, the box is the grey version that has the triange, circle, x and square in a lighter grey and says PSone in white.
