Intellivision Triple Action (PAL) question

Hi folks,

i have three questions for the Intellivision PAL collectors out there: I am living in the German speaking part of Europe, so most of my Intellivision PAL games have German booklets.

1.
I have now two copies of Triple Action and both have multilingual booklets (English, French, German, Spain, Italian). Has this game never been released with single language manuals or do I have two copies of a re-release edition or what?

2.
I have two Word Fun (thought to be PAL) with English Manual. Does this game not exist with manuals in other languages?

3.
How can I distinguish PAL games from NTSC games on the Intellivision? The labels seem to be identic, the overlays too. Are the boxes different?

Technically, the Intellivision is region-free, so PAL games will play on NTSC and vice-versa.
