Just came across this, thought I should share this.
Make sure you have 3 different versions of Zelda case for the GC. First one is the free OOT/MQ bonus game with god awful red cover. Second version is the goldish cover of Wind Waker. The third version which comes with GC as a bundle has both OOT/MQ and WW in one case. The top 2/3 of the case cover is the squashed version of the stand alone WW cover and the OOT/MQ is in the condensed version taking up the bottom 1/3 of the cove with the same awful dark red background :P. The case has 2 disc holder inside for holding the 2 game discs (only 1 memory card holder). Game discs and manuals are the same as separate versions. The warrwanty info, disclaimer, and NP subsribtion cards were NOT included.
