psx first model power supply problem

hello,
i've a psx first model (not psone) with faulty power supply, infact it's doesn't turn on can you tell me more with fuse can be replaced to fix it?

I think you can just solder the two points together, but wait until someone else confirms that. Or just go buy another PSX. Either as a replacement or swap the power supplies.
