Probably because he just did the very same (http://www.atariage.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=24633) with Save The Whales, Pick Up and Crack'ed on AtariAge.
This guy is obviously on a mission and like other current "missions" I don't really like the attitude. Maybe I shouldn't have critized him on AA. :/

I asked this person to please remove the ROMS from AtariAge. Those ROMS were meant to be distributed after all of the carts are sold, and by prematurely releasing them to the public it has hit us right in the wallet. The wallet that helps fund future Classic Gaming Expos.
This, however, doesn't help or solve anything.
