Mini Desktop Racing for Wii

I saw a used copy of this sitting in GameStop today and I haven't heard anything about it. I looks to be a overhead view racer like Micro Machines. Has anyone played it to see how it compares?

Just a budget title released in a line of games by a shoddy developer. Pass, unless you're collecting all the bottom of the barrel shovelware for the Wii.

The only review of Mini Desktop Racing so far is from IGN.com. Bozon gave it a 1.2 out of 10:

"Mini Desktop Racing is another shovelware title that simply needs to be ignored at all costs. It’s better than its partner in crime, Offroad Extreme, but only by a hair, as the racer’s controls are still extremely uncomfortable, pretty unresponsive, and completely lackluster. Mini-games in Wario Ware, Wii Play, or EA's Wii Playground run circles around this game and offer a ton of other modes on top of basic slot car racing. Mini's visuals are a joke... The fact that Nintendo even put its official seal on this game is nothing short of laughable."

I only just saw this game on shop shelves yesterday and got excited as it looked excellent and just like Micro Machines. However, I too was sorely dissapointed upon looking at the reviews and shall be avoiding it
