I can buy a Game Gear with the following; just wondering what it is worth and what would be a good deal. Most of it would be for me to keep, not re-sell.

The GG and the TV tuner would run you about $40 on ebay with shipping so I'd say that's not a bad price... but no steal!

If the TV tuner no longer works after the FCC's switch to digital will it still be worth as much? I mean...I'm sure it will still be collectable...just unusable.

Well, I went ahead and picked it up for $35, 5 off because the sound doesn't work. Fortunately that isn't too bad to fix. Also turns out there are 26 games. The ones that weren't listed above are: Beavis and Butt-head. Sports Trivia. and Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. Oh well. Is the Frank Thomas baseball card anything special?
