I tried to find if there was a thread already here for weekend finds, but I didn't see one. I saw a midweek finds. Anyway, if there is another thread just pass over or lock this.

I bought a box with Atari stuff in it for $12 at the flea market. In the box was:

Indy 500
Space Invaders
Donkey Kong
Laser Blast
Star Raiders (With touch pad)
SwordQuest:Earthworld (With a mini-comic and poster for contest)

(The following came with instructions)
Breakout
Asteroids
Star Ship
Surround
Combat

There were also 2 joysticks, 2 driving paddles and one pair of Tennis paddles. I am excited because this is my first Atari find in a while. Since it is spring, I hope to find more Atari items. Hope everybody else is having good luck!

I had a light weekend as well, and I even stopped at 2 more places than usual. I still got some games I didn't have, but they were all pretty common.

NES
-Snake Rattle & Roll --loose
-Gauntlet II --loose
-Double Dragon II --loose
-TMNT --loose

GENESIS
-Championship Pro-am --loose

INTELLIVISION
-Space Battle --complete
-PGA Golf --complete

Also got a Game Holder for 2600 games. I don't know how to identify it, it holds 16 games in two rows of 8, and has a space on the side to fit manuals. Pretty cheaply made, imitation wood on the outside with a plastic insert for the tray. Only $0.75 though.

I finally found Final Fight 3 (SNES), been looking for that for a while.
My Turbographix 16 came in, with Fantasy Zone, Legendary Axe, and Keith Courage. I bought a PC Engine Duo earlier this month, but got a TG16 off Yahoo Auctions to play American cards.
Also picked up:
NES:
Twin Eagle
Starforce
Kabuki Quantum Fighter
SNES:
Strike Gunner
Indiana Jones
GB:
Mega Man 1-2
Castlevania 1 and 3
Fortress of Fear
Gargoyles Quest

Gamestop's buy 2 get 1 free rocks.

Weekend finds..Yes my favorite thing..
For the last few years I have been going to flea markets and garage sales..
That's how I've found most of my Pong systems.
I've really found some incredible video game items over the years on the weekends.
I've found Some rare items..

This Weekend I was Busy so no finds..

Last week I found an Atari 800 with Atari 410 program recorder,1 joystick typing cart, and all its hook ups..a half of it's box..It's mint and works perfectly.
I paid $5.00 for it after talking down the sellers price.

I found a nice Nintendo/Zapper, 2 controllers, plug,rf switch and Jaws cart..for $5.00..the lady thew in a Complete Genesis system with the NES since I knew her..

a few weeks prior..
I picked up a( Mint)Tandy Vision one system with 5 boxed Int games for $3.00...and as I walked a little further
I found and picked up a boxed Atari Heavy Sixer for $10.00..with several boxed games and a boxed Atari Kids controller.

Every weekend I pretty much see Intellivisions,Atari's,Colecovisions..and Genesis systems galore...
A few of the vendors at the Flea market always have Boxes of Atari games and other systems but they are high priced..
I've grabbed a few of the valuable titles from them but they know me and they know I won't pay thier high prices so they never give me that sellers line.
I used to almost pick up everything i saw at the markets but now I've started to look for the more obscure stuff.
I have only seen two Vectex systems through the last 5 years of weekend searching..both at ny local flea market..
The first guy wanted $300.00 for it and it was in horrible condition..
The second one I saw had a hole in it's side.....he wanted $250.00 and there was no way to test it..(I have 3 but I didn't pay that much and mine were store bought).
That's high prices ,but this is one machine I don't see a lot and I wouldn't be surprised if someone paid that much for one there..I can see by how many people looked at them..the two times.

Weekend Finds, my favorite thing..

Chad, I think you said once you're in the RI area...? It's been pretty dry around here, man. Or you'll see a used, bare Genesis 2 console and they want $20 for it. Funk that noise.

Hey Scoots, I'm from Warwick. I didn't know there was an RI presence on here. Where do you look for stuff? I go to the 5 or so Gamestop here and in nearby Mass., 4 or so EBGames, and there's a small gameshop in Warwick that doesn't have much, but I did find Suikoden 2 there for $10. I ususally have to go on daytrips to find stuff, there's a good shop in Braintree near Shouth Shore Mall. Let me know some spots, what you're into, maybe we can swap info...

Chad, it's called Worldwide Games, it's about 2 exits past the South Shore Mall, the exit right after Best Buy. It's in a plaza near SS Hospital. The prices can be a little high, if the owner is there it's high, but he has a friend whose older that also works there and doesn't know any of the prices, so he made them up a I got some cheap Saturn games. The owner wanted $50 for Panzer Dragoon 1, so he's a little off. I just like to look around, they have stuff I don't seeeveryday like 2600, Saturn, Genesis, SNES... It's worth checking out.
