I just picked up a Marvel vs Capcom, and when I turn on the cab, I can hear the game playing, but it doesn't sound like the monitor is on. I noticed that the fuse on the monitor chassis was blown, so I replaced it with a 2A 250V( It says on the board 2A 250VAC, is there a difference?). I turn it on now and I don't hear the game sounds, or the monitor turning on. Not sure what I can do, I was thinking the power supply was producing too much power, but don't know how to turn it down. Any suggestions?

Can you post pics of the insides of the machine? Sometimes it's easier for all to help if we can see exactly what it is you have. Thanks in advance. Also, sounds like you MAY have more than one problem there. Good news is it doesn't sound like it's going to be horrendous to fix it and get 'er running.

I think I fixed it, I didn't realize there were two different types of 2A 250V fuses, and I used the one that looks like it has a heavier metal inside the glass(kind of makes sense? I suck at explaining). Now I have another monitor that has a reverse image, but I do not see any switch to flip it back. Any suggestions? Thank you.

To reverse the image, flip the yoke connections around... here's a good tutorial: http://www.therealbobroberts.net/yoke.html .
