I dont know why but this just popped into my head recently and was wondering if you guys knew the anwser..

Ok, a few years ago i was in and EB games looking through the used n64 games when i saw a weird looking copy of mario64, Instead of the normal label with mario running over the hill, It had the one that was on the poster and instruction manual with mario swinging bowser around. I was going to buy it my dad wouldnt let me because i allready had one.
(this was in Australia btw)

so does anybody have any idea what that cart was? Jap,kiosk or even a demo?

Doesn't sound like either of the retail Jap carts. Top in the Normal version and the bottom one is the Rumble edition.

I've never seen one like what you describe. (Only the standard NTSC and PAL carts) Although the local pawn store likes to print their own labels to increase the value of the games they sell. (Cheap stickers and whatever image they can find to relate to the game).

Im starting to think that maybe it was just a homemade custom label but i remember it looking pretty proffesional..
