I have some game boy games in box, in good condition, Mario 1-3 and Metroid
Are these going to go up in price in the future or should I just sell them right now?
Do retro portable systems go for a decent amount?
Will DS games be valuable in the future for example?

Of the games you listed, they all hold around the $10.00 range loose, more complete. Good, popular games for the original Game Boy hold their value around $10.00. Game Boy Donkey Kong and Link's Awakening are two other titles that sit around that price loose.
It's taken years but finally with retrogames: good, entertaining games = value.

Isn't Great Greed supposed to worth a decent amount? I have that loose.
Edit: By decent, I mean to say: Isn't it one of the rarer ones?

A boxed mint metroid 2 is worth quite a bit more.

Video games of any kind are rarely worth more later than when bought brand new at the time of release. I doubt a DS will be worth more than $100 in five or ten years.
