DOCS Wireless Sega Saturn Controllers

I have a pair of minty DOCS wireless Sega Saturn controllers. They are in the original box and they have everything, even the original plastic that covers them. They've probably never been used. I bought them at a garage sale a few years ago, put them up, and forgot all about them. I was going through some stuff today and I found them. I see other wireless Saturn controllers going from $5 to $20 on ebay. Could they be worth anything more than the average wireless Saturn controllers?

Anything by Doc's is pretty tough to come by now, they are pretty crappy with reliability and are probably only worth what other standard wireless controllers for the Saturn are worth.
