Console question.

I went into a pawn shop today and saw a system I had never seen before made by JVC.(JVC XE). It appeared to have a genesis controller connected to it. Does anybody have any info on this console. Is it rare?

Yes, it's tough to find. If you're into Genesis and Sega CD games, you should definitely go back and pick it up.

What is the average price on them? So I can try and talk the pawn dealer down.

Nobody told you what it was!. anyway, its a JVC'Xeye system. It is pretty rare and goes for about 75 on ebay. it plays Sega Genesis and Sega CD games. You should pick it up even if you dont like sega cd! Its a find.

Another thing worth mentioning, the system has automatic karaoke support (it was packaged with a microphone and a sampler disc). That's right, KARAOKE. Just imagine the fun you can have singing to your Sega CD-compatible console!
