SSF2 X for Matching Service Question

HOW THE FREAK DO YOU GET THE DIP SWITCH TO WORK?!?! >:(

I've been trying for 2 weeks to get this to work, but it seems to not work. Do you have to play the game 32 times straight with the classic colors and SSF2 Turbo colors? I've been saving and countinuing (school, work, and stuff).

I never played around with the dipswitch settings on that version of Super Turbo, but I'm sure that someone at www.cornertrap.com could help you out. Good luck. :)
