VIDEO GAME TRADER MAGAZINE LAUNCHES w/ FREE SPACE FOR ADVERTISERS
plus... Magazine looking for writers and contributers

Video Game Trader, a magazine devoted to all things video games, has launched its first issue. Video Game Trader is currently focused on the classic 8-bit video game systems from Nintendo, Atari & Sega. However, more platforms will be added in the near future. Video Game Trader is designed to be a monthly publication and will include: Feature articles, Game hints & tips, Interviews, FAQs, picture galleries, and more. Also included is, what the editor calls, the most accurate Video Game Price Guide in the industry.

Distribution for the Magazine is unique. Video Game Trader will be available in both FREE and Subscription versions. The free version will be posted to Video Game Trader Magazine's website located at www.VideoGameTrader.com. This version will be downloadable as an Adobe PDF document. However, the document will not be printable nor will you be able to cut/paste it. For those that want a printed magazine, 12 issue subscriptions will be available for $12.99.

Also, what is sure to be an interesting proposition for advertisers, Advertising in Video Game Trader Magazine is currently FREE! Says the Editor, "Until we can get a significant subscription base, we are going to make advertising free." All advertisers will recieve links on Video Game Trader Magazine's website as well.

The first issue of Video Game Trader Magazine was released January 15, 2008.

HELP WANTED! Video Game Trader Magazine is currently looking for staff and contributers.

Hey Congratulations on your magazine, I'm super excited to start reading it. I love publications that represent classic gaming and price guides. I sent you an e-mail with a question I had. Thanks for your time.

No i thought it was just in pdf form. But he did say subscriptions were available. Seems like most Classic Game mags fold or never come through. Its alot of work.

For now, the magazine is in PDF form. Due soon to switch to Flash. It is a lot of work to make a magazine, but the community has been great. We are not going to fold anytime soon. But we do need a lot more interest to be a "printed" magazine.

I'm working on it!
