I'm in the process of selling a bunch of loose nes, SNES, and n64 carts so I can boost my Turbo Grafx collection. I'm more of an ebay buyer and not a seller, so I thought I should ask here. Should I sell the lot as 3 piece lots(one lot for NES, one for SNES, and one for N64) or should I just have one listing for all instead of three?

I'd sell in 3 different listings. One listing will limit your buyers to only those who own all 3 systems. You may also want to check rarity on some of them, especially the NES and decide if you want to list some of them individually. You might even try to sell them here on the site first since it's free to see if you get any takers then try eBay.

As a rule*, you'll always do better the smaller you break things up. If you could sell your collection 1 game at a time you'd do the best.

*the exception is the really cheap/non-selling games, which you'll waste listing fees on when they don't sell, so sell those in lots, maybe with 1 or 2 common but popular games.

Thanks guys. Most of the stuff I have for sale, is stuff that members here probably already have.

On second though, I'll do a combination of both your ideas.

I'd break them up into smaller lots. You most likely will make more money that way.
