HTPC problem

Not a game console, but since I'm not the only IT person here, need a little help for my HTPC.

Essentially, it randomly reboots, and this is the only event ID triggered.

Please help. From IT to IT person, you can be rest assured I did the basic trouble shooting...

This only seems to happen during extremely high IO it seems...

EDIT: Btw, I did try looking up the event ID, it wasn't a very helpful search.

I was gonna say "bump" but the problem crept up full speed, and showed itself.

Stick of RAM went bad.
