So I picked this up this morning from a kinda vague Craigslist post that said something along the lines of: Huge PS1 game lot, sega/snes/turbographics (sic) - $350. Inside the ad it didn't say much more than 'too much to list, call xxx'.
Here's the photo:

I'd planned to post this without comment, but I just can't help myself...
The biggest heartbreaker so far is that Devil's Crush is without the HuCard. Also, the CD-i Dragon's Lair is missing the disc, although there is a sealed copy as well, so that isn't so bad. 'D' is missing a couple discs, and the Saturn doesn't have the a/v cord (is it the same as any other Sega a/v cords?). Most everything else is complete and in excellent condition... the guy really took care of his disc games.
The other disappointing thing is that he at one time had both a 3DO and CD-i (hence the software in the pics), but they are missing. He was sure that his brother has the 3DO, so that still might come my way. The CD-i he didn't seem to know what happened to, but there is a small chance it will turn up, too. Here's hoping.
There is a Japanese DC hiding in there, and all those floppies have Genesis and SNES games on them from the Disk Driver and UFO systems. He had a friend with a game store at one point...
Probably the most odd-ball thing in the lot is the copy of Ridge Racer 7, followed by the sealed GBA Castlevania game.

You only break even if you sell it.
Otherwise your 350 in the hole.

Wooo, Multi Game Hunter. Is it the black (grey) or white (cream) version?
Videogamerdaryll may want to see some pictures of it, as he just acquired parts of one. Also your linked pictures aren't displaying. Read up on uCON64 (http://ucon64.sourceforge.net/index.php) if you want to be able to dump cartridges and convert downloaded roms into playable files for your MGH.

The MGH is the black one, boxed, and has 2 adapters and a 'blank' Gen cart. Happy to take more pictures if someone wants 'em.
Links fixed (stoopid case sensitivity!)

Make sure you use a proper power adapter with it, the Sega Master System adapter is perfect, 9VDC @ 1A. One of the adapter pieces should be for Genesis / Mega Drive and the other for Super Nintendo / Super Famicom. (the whole thing fits much more solidly on a Super Famicom) The blank Genesis cartridge is a memory expansion from what I've been able to gather. Does yours have any kind of instruction booklet? I had the box and styro insert for mine but I had to toss them due to moisture damage - I should have tried to restore them but they were pretty funky. LOL
Also you need to have a standard (non Super FX, etc.) SNES cartridge plugged in up top for it to work on SNES / SFC mode, it uses the cartridge to authenticate itself to get around the lockout.
Very nice pickup by the way!

yeah I would have easily have bought all that in a heart beat. some really nice and expensive titles. you could sell just a couple of those to get the $350 (but really the lesser amount of what you bought it for) back.
my wife would probably be proud of me if I found a deal like that where I could have gotten a lot more money back out of it.

Wowzers. Proud is not the right word at all to describe my wife's reaction to 4-5 trips worth of boxes from the car. She asked, "So you decided to buy this [crap --- implied] instead of getting a PS3/Wii?" My reply was that I got this to partially fund that purchase, though in actuality I'm not all that eager to get into this generation. That, and after looking through everything, I'm going to be keeping a sizeable portion of it since there really aren't a whole lot of duplicates for me, though still enough to pay for itself, I think.

Unfortunately, no. It takes a special kind of plug in.
When I found my first Saturn I thought the same too and tried to stick a gen cable in to the saturn. Let's just say I had a bad ending...
Oh, btw...nice nomad:)

Very nice, congrats. It sounds like you have a problem I've had many times: you buy a large lot with every intention of selling most of it... but once it's in the house it's just too hard to let much of it go.

Nice title. Not very original though. I wonder what innovative person you stole it from...:?

I do have to admit that you scored yourself a very nice lot. And although you got a pretty good deal, me and Kitsune both would have gotten him to lower it by no less than $200.00:wink 2:
