Decent Deal?

I'm attempting to set up a deal with a guy for good/near-mint condition copies of Fatal Frame I through III and Katamari Damacy. Right now it looks like the lot will cost me $100. Is this a decent deal? I know it's not a super-awesome-killer deal but it seems like a good deal to me. Does anyone else agree?

$25 for each game is decent consider the value of all three Fatal Frame game selling on Ebay.

Yeah the Fatal Frame's are going for quite a bit nowadays. I recently lost an ebay auction for part 1-3, they ended around $140 if I remember correctly.
