I know there are firms that will purchase items from auctions or stores in Japan that will not ship to the US, and then ship them to you, for an added fee. What is this service called? I'm looking for the same thing for other countries: South Africa specifically.

Well, as best as I can tell, I've determined the official term to be "deputy service", but that didn't really help as I've only found services for Italy and Japan. Oh well :D
